|Allo Sev with Mint||

Allo sev with mint is variant of Allo Sev.
- 150 gm Chickpea flour (Besan)
- 4 tea spoon Mint paste
- 250 gm Potatoes
- 1 tea spoon Red chili powder
- 2 tea spoon Ginger-Chili paste
- Pinch of Asafetida
- Salt to taste
- Oil according to requirement
- Boil and peel the potatoes.
- Mess up potatoes and mix all ingredients except oil.
- Knead the dough.
- Place in to frying spoon and press to make sev and fry properly.
- You can store upto 8-10 days in air tight container.
You can add Maida also to make it crispier.
