Bread Gulab Jamun is quick and easy way to make Gulab Jamun. It is one of best leftover bread recipe. If you are run out of Gulab Jamun mix then this is quick and easiest way to make this most famous sweet.

Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

  1. 8 slice bread
  2. 6 tbsp milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 2 cup water
  5. 5-6 cardamom
  6. Ghee for frying

Instructions

Remove brown part of bread.
Add milk in it and knead soft dough.
Make small balls from dough.
Add sugar and cardamom in water and boil till it become ½ thread sugar syrup.
Heat ghee in a pan at slow flame.
Fry each ball in it till it becomes brown in color.
Now dips Gulab Jamun in sugar syrup for 30 minutes and more.
Sponginess Bread Gulab Jamuns are ready to serve.
