How to Make Curd/Yogurt/Dahi at Home

Ingredients

  1. 1 liter Milk (hot)
  2. 1 tbsp Butter milk or Yogurt

Instructions

Heat milk in a bowl at slow flame for 5 minutes.
Cool it at room temperature.
Mix butter milk in it.
Cover the lid.
Set it for approx 5-6 hour.
If curd is ready, you can store curd in refrigerator.
You can use for 2-3 days.

Notes

For better fermentation put curd in warm place.
Time duration in winter is approx 7-8 hour.
