I usually made Raw Mango chutney during mango season. Kachi keri ki chutney can serve with anything like roti-subzi, dal-rice or as side dish, even I ate it with toasted bread also. Raw mango chutney tastes sour and sweet. Mango chutney is easy to make and tastes delicious. Sometime I add more chili or chili powder to make it spicier.

Ingredients

  1. 2 small row Mangoes
  2. 4 Green Chili (chopped)
  3. 1 tbsp Ground nuts
  4. Salt to taste
  5. ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  6. ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions

Pill mangoes and cut into small pieces.
Take mango pieces, chili, ground nuts, turmeric powder salt and sugar in mixture jar.
Mix all ingredients and grind properly.
