Marcha no Sambharo (Sauteed Chilli) is well known Gujarati side dish. It is favorite side dish for spicy Gujarati food lover.

Ingredients

  1. 6-7 green chilies (long cut)
  2. 1 cup chickpea flour (roasted)
  3. For seasoning
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  6. ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut chilies in to long pieces.
Then heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Add muster seeds in it.
When it is spluttering, add turmeric powder, chilies and salt in it.
Stir properly. Cook for 5 minutes at slow flame.
Sprinkle water on chilies.
Now add chickpea flour in pan.
Mix it properly and. cook for 2 minutes.
Chilies sambharo is ready for serve.
You can serve with rotlo, Rotli , bhakhari also.
