Mint Chutney – Pudina Chutney – Green Chutney

Pudina chutney is a spicy dip. Mint chutney can serve with any Indian snacks like Samosa, Bhel, Pakodas, Kababs, Biryani, Sandwiches, Rice or with main course. It gives delicious fresh tastes and vibrant color in recipes. Mint has good nutrition value also.

Mint Chutney – Pudina Chutney – Green Chutney

Ingredients

  1. 100 gm Mint leaves
  2. 15 Garlic cloves
  3. 2 tsp lemon juice
  4. 4 to 5 green chilies
  5. A small piece of ginger
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

Grind the all ingredients.
Add some water and grind again.
Mint Chutney is ready to use.

Notes

Serve fresh or store in fridge to maintain its green color and freshness.
