Mint Coriander Chutney

Mint Coriander Chutney

Mint-Coriander Chutney is perfect for using Samosa, Kachori, Cutlets and Biryani. It is one of main part of Gujarati Thali.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Mint (Finely chopped)
  • 1 cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 6 to 7 cloves finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 tea spoon Groundnuts
  • 3 tea spoon Sugar
  • 3 tea spoon Lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 green Chilies
  • A small piece of Ginger
  • ½ tea spoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Grind the all ingredients.
  2. Add some water and grind again.
  3. Now Mint Coriander chutney is ready to serve.
Notes

You can add more chilies to make it spicier.
You can store in air tight container upto 3-4 days in refrigerator.
