Pani Puri (Gol Gappa)

Pani Puri (Gol Gappa, Phuchka, Gup Chup, Pakodi) is well know Indian street food dish. There are lots of variant and name of Panipuri according region. You will not find single city with Panipuri wala.

Pani puri is quick, easy to made, tastly and delicious snacks. Flour, spiced water, onions, potatoes and chickpeas are main ingredients of panipuri. You can add other ingredients for tastes. Even you can add sprouts to make healthier variant.

Pakodi is most famous snack among all ages specially woman, you will not find any single woman who dislike pakodi 😀 .

Pani Puri (Gol Gappa)

Ingredients

  1. 35-40 Puri
  2. 5-6 Potatoes (boiled)
  3. 1 cup Chickpea (boiled)
  4. 2 tsp Chili paste
  5. 1 tsp Black salt
  6. 1.5 tsp Pani puri masala
  7. 2 cup Besan sev
  8. 1 Onion (chopped)
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing)
  10. How to make Pani
    Ingredients
  11. 1 liter Water
  12. 10-12 Green chilies (crushed)
  13. 50 gm Mint leaves (crushed
  14. 1 tbsp Pani puri masala

Instructions

Peel and mass the potatoes in a bowl.
Mix chickpea, black salt, green chili and pani puri masala.
Take puri and make medium whole in upper side.
Feel stuffing mixture approx 2 tsp in each puri.
Also add sev and onion in each puri.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Add pani puri’s pani in this puri according to your taste and enjoy.
