Plain Mattha

October 14, 2013 by Darshita Lakkad Leave a Comment

Mattha or maththa is popular yogurt sweets. It is quite similar to shrikhand. The main difference in between mattha and shrikhand is in consistency. Normally shrikhand’s consistency is Ice Cream type while Mattha has creamy taste and smooth texture. Mattha has loose substance in compare to shrikhand.

Plain Mattha also widely used during festivals. I always made home mattha during Diwali festivals.
