Sitaphal Rabdi (Custard apple Rabdi)

Sitaphal Rabdi (Custard apple Rabdi) is a traditional Indian dessert made with fresh sitafal. Custard Apple adds natural  sweetness and tastes. It is very popular seasonal sweet recipe. I always made sitafal Rabdi during Diwali. This awesome cuisine can serve as sweet or desserts.

Ingredients

  1. 1 liter Milk
  2. 125 gm Sugar
  3. 3 big Sitafal (Custard apple)
  4. 1 tbsp Custard powder

Instructions

Boil milk at slow flame. Add sugar in it.
Boil milk till sugar dissolve.
In other bowl take 2 cup milk and add custard powder in it.
Dissolve powder in to milk very well.
Add it in to the boiling milk.
Boil milk for 10-15 minutes at slow flame.
Now cool down it.
Remove seeds from custard apple.
Take mixture jar add milk and custard pulp.
Grind properly.
Add it in to the milk and stir well.
Keep in refrigerator for 5-6 hour.
Now serve it.

    A lovely recipe from the land of India’s saviour and lion Narendra Modiji…. excellent… tried it yesterday… tried another variation of it, with tender coconut pulp, instead of sitaphal pulp… both are just yummy !! 🙂
