Sooji Halwo (Suji no Shiro – Semolina Pudding) is traditional Gujarati Sweets, which mostly made during, any festival or any occasionas or celebrations. Sooji halwa is quick and easy to made sweets.

Semolina pudding also used as prasad specially in “satyanarayan katha”. We mostly made sooji shiro as prasad or any festivals. It can serve with Gujarati Thali also. Cardamom powder with desi ghee makes tastes awesome. Many people served it with fruits like banana, peach, apple.
