Suji ka Ladoo – Rava na Ladva

Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Suji
  2. 1 tbsp Maida (optional)
  3. 150 gm Sugar powder
  4. 200 gm Desi Ghee
  5. 2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1 tbsp Cashew nuts
  7. ½ tbsp Raisins
  8. Milk according to requirement
  9. Ghee for frying

Instructions

Sieve suji in a bowl and mix maida in it.
Then add 50-60 gm ghee and mix.
Knead the dough using milk. Dough should be hard.
Now make small balls from the dough and then give mutiya shape.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry all in a slow flame.
When it cools, crush all in a mixture.

Mix sugar powder, cardamom powder, raisins and cashew nuts also.

Now heat about 150 gm ghee at slow flame in a pan.
Pour ghee on this mixture.

And stir well. Make ladoo from it.

Notes

You will add warm water instead of milk.
You can fry muthiya in oil also.
