Sukhadi – Gud Papdi

Sukhadi ( Gud Papdi ) is famous and delicious Gujarati sweets. Desi ghee and jaggary gives yummy taste to sweet. Sukhdi is normally winter sweets.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cup Wheat flour (Coarse)
  2. 1 cup Milk cream
  3. 5 tbsp Jaggary
  4. 5 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions

First heat ghee in a pan.
Add wheat flour in hot ghee.
Stir it well till flour turn into light golden or brown in color.
Keep it a side.
Now add jaggary and milk cream in it.
Mix properly.
Keep it for 2 minute at low flame.
Pour in to dish and cut in to small pieces.
Store in air tied container for 10-15 days.

Notes

You can garnish with poppy seeds or cashewnut.
