Tikha Gathiya is spicier variant of Gathiya.
Ingredients
  • 250 gm Chickpea flour (Besan)
  • 2 table spoon Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil according to requirement
  • One and half cup water
Instructions
  1. First take chickpea flour in vessel.
  2. Add salt, red chili powder and water in the flour.
  3. Knead the dough and place on to frying spoon.
  4. Take pan and heat oil at medium flame.
  5. Press frying spoon to make tikha gathiya.
  6. When tikha gathiya become crispy, take out to dish.
Notes

Store tikha gathiya in air tight container.
