Tindora no Sambhara
Tindora Sambharo (Gherkins Sambharo) is an accompaniment to the Gujarati Thali or main meal. Learn to make tindora sambharo easily.
Ingredients
- 50 gm Gherkins (Tindora)
- 4-5 green chilis (long cut)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For seasoning
Instructions
First cut gherkins and chili in to long pieces.
Heat oil in pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in oil.
When it splutters, add turmeric powder, chili, gherkins, salt and stir it properly.
Cover the lid. Cook for 5 minutes at slow flame. You can cook more 2-3 minutes also to softer.
When it becomes soft, side in to bowl.
Serve with daily Gujarati Thali or daily meal.
Notes
You can add more chili to make Spicer.
