Vagharela Sprout Moong Bean

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Sprout moong
  2. Coriander for garnishing
  3. For Seasoning
  4. 1 tsp Oil
  5. ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  6. ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  7. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. ½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Now add turmeric powder, sprout moong, red chili powder and salt.
Stir well and mix lemon juice in it.
Sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
