Vaghareli Rotli (Crispy)

Vaghareli Rotli (Spicy Flat Bread Crubmles) is one of most common Gujarati breakfast item. It is easy and quick and best leftover item.

Ingredients

  1. 4-5 Rotli (left over)
  2. For seasoning
  3. 1 tbsp Oil
  4. ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  5. ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  6. ½ tsp Garlic Chutney
  7. ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. ¼ tbsp Red chili powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut small pieces of roti.
Now heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in it. When it is splutter, add cumin seeds.
Now add turmeric powder, roti, red chili powder and salt.
Stir well. Keep slow flame and stir well.
Cook it crispy.

Notes

Serve hot with Tea.
