Vagharelu Dahi (Dahi Tikhari – Tadka Dahi) is spicy tangy delicious kathiyawadi side dish. It serves with rotla, bhakhri, thepla , khichdi, ringna nu shaak.
Vagharelu Dahi (Dahi Tikhari – Tadka Dahi)
Ingredients
- 3 cup fresh Curd
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsp Oil
- Pinch of Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic chutney
- 1 tsp Ginger chili paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Add mustard seeds in it.
When it is spluttering, add turmeric powder, ginger chili paste in it.
Mix and this seasoning add in to curd.
Add salt and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Never heard of this dish! Never before seen! But boy! that looks so luscious and inviting!
