Athana no Masalo • Pickle Masala • Achar Masala

September 26, 2016 by Darshita Lakkad Leave a Comment

Athana no Masalo (Achar Masala) is the easy recipe. I had never tried before, that time I had used ready-made achar masala. Now I have wanted to try some Achar at home.

Pickle Masala - Achar Masala - Achar Spices

So I decided to make achar masala at home. Different Achar spices ingredients are involved in this masala like Methi kuria (Split Fenugreek), Rai kuria (Split Mustard Seeds), Kashmiri chili powder, Salt, Asafoetida, Oil, and Fennel seed.

We can use this achar spices in many pickles, in sabzi, with Khakhra, Khichu. Try and use home-made Achar Masala instead of ready-made.
