Besan Methi Ni Bhaji – Fenugreek Leaves Curry
Besan Methi ni bhaji is nice and healthy winter recipes. It is easy to made and taste delicious specially in winter.
Ingredients
- 250 gm Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 cup Besan (chickpea flour)(roasted)
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Garlic Chutney
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
- Pinch of Asafetida
- Salt to taste
For seasoning
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add cumin seeds in it.
When it is spluttering, add asafetida, turmeric powder and salt.
Stir well and cook for 10 minutes at medium flame.
Then add garlic chutney, red chili powder and cumin coriander powder.
Stir it well and add water and chickpea flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with khichadi, rotla, bhakhari and also.
