Bharela Marcha (बेसन भरी हरी मिर्च or Stuffed Chili) is popular Gujarati side dish recipes. It added more delicious taste in food. Normally Gujarati people use with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves with Ganthiya, Papdi, Thepla also.
Chili is good source of Vitamin C, carotene (Vitamin A) and most Vitamin B, proteins, fibers and potassium, magnesium and iron. Even chickpea flour is also good source of proteins. Bharela Marcha – Bharwan Mirch – Stuffed Chilies
Ingredients
- 100 gm medium size mirch (green chili)
- ½ cup water
- 5 tbsp Chickpea Flour (roasted)
- ½ tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar Powder
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Fennel Seeds
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
For Stuffing
For Seasoning
Instructions
Mix all stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
Slit chilies in 2 parts but not all.
Remove seeds from chili.
Fill stuffing mixture in it.
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in it.
When it splutters, add stuffed chili in it.
Sprinkle water every 2 minutes in it.
Stir slowly and cook for 10 minutes
When chilies become soft, keep a side.
Serve hot.

I would like you add in brackets the Ingredients names in hindi or gujarati so that some typical name which are not known in english can be easily understood in hindi or guj.
