Bhel is the most famous Indian street food. Anywhere in India, you will find Bhelwala with different tastes and flavor. Here I post own simple version of Bhel. It tastes crispy, tangy, spicy.
Bhel is luscious combination of Chevdo, potatoes, sev, onions and chutneys. There are many variant of Bhel. You can add any ingredients to make own flavor of Bhel. You can made dry bhel with not adding chutneys.

Bhel – Indian Street Food
Ingredients
- 150 gm Chevado
- 250 gm Potatoes (Boiled)
- 100 gm Chickpea (Boiled)
- 100 gm Besan Sev
- 2 fried Roti (crushed) (optional)
- 1 tbsp Garlic chutney
- 3 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Green Grapes
- Apple pieces
- Pomegranate seed
For Garnish
Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes and onions into very small pieces.
Keep a side. Take chevado in a bowl.
Mix potatoes, chickpea, salt, garlic chutney, fried roti and 1 tbsp tamarind chutney in it.
Serve in a dish. Pour onion and sev on it.
Also pour tamarind chutney, garlic chutney and garnish with coriander leaves, green grapes, apple pieces and pomegranate seeds.

Notes
You can add chutneys according taste.
