Bhindi Capsicum
Ingredients
- 250 gm lady’s finger
- 150 gm capsicum
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ of Cumin seed
- Pinch of Asafetida
- 1 tbsp ginger chili paste
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin coriander powder
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
Instructions
Wash lady’s finger and capsicum and cut in to long strip.
Heat oil in a pan at high flame.
Fry both properly.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it.
Add asafetida, turmeric powder, ginger chili paste, lady’s finger, capsicum, red chili powder, cumin coriander powder and salt in it
Stir it properly.
Cook for 2 minutes at slow flame.
Serve with regular dish.
