Coriander Chutney is one of indispensable part of Gujarati Thali. It is famous dipping sauce with all Gujarti and Indian Farsan/Snack. There are lots of varient of Corander chutney.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 6 to 7 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp groundnuts
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 4 to 5 green chilies
- A small piece of ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind the all ingredients.
- Add some water and grind again.
- Voila, Chutney is ready.
Notes
You can add more chilies to make it spicier.
You can store in air tied container for 3-4 days in refrigerator.
