Cabbage Chili Sambharo (Crunchy Cabbage Chili Salad) is traditional kathiyawadi salad. Sambharo is easy to made, delicious and nutrients salad. Like other Sambhara, this cabbage chili sambharo’s flavor will win your heart. Asafetida adds delicious taste in cabbage.
Crunchy Cabbage Chili Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 6-7 green Chili (small pieces)
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in oil.
When it splutters, add turmeric powder, cabbage, chili, salt in it and stir it properly.
Cook for 4-5 minutes (till cabbage become soft) at slow flame. Don’t cover the lid.
When it becomes soft, Sambharo is ready for serve.
You can serve with Gathiya, Roti, Rotalo, Bhakhari also.
Notes
Add salt and letting it sit to stop salad becoming soggy.
