Deep Fried Peanuts is one of popular snacks food. It widely used in street food. Fried peanuts is tastes delicious and gives extra texture and flavor. You can add more spices or herbs in this and make more delicious chaat or snacks. By adding Sindhalu Salt(Rock Salt), you can use it as fasting recipe also.
Fry Peanuts
Ingredients
- 2 cup Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin-Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Green Chili (fine chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Shallow fry peanuts till color change.
Keep in a bowl and sprinkle salt, red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder.
Mix green chili and lemon juice on it.
Mix well and serve with any snacks.
