Dry Sabudana Khichdi (Without Oil)

November 18, 2015 by Darshita Lakkad Leave a Comment

We every day make a different dish by using oil. Then I decided to try without oil dish for mom. We often made sabudana khichadi frequently on fasting days.

Sabudana dry khichdi is very nice recipe during fasting days. I generally make sago balls khichdi for my mother in law because she loves less oil or without oil dish. She keeps fast twice in a month. So I repeat it. In between this recipe consist of no oil, so It is better for health. I am used boiled potato, farali chevado and sago balls. Sabudana appears soft after soaking or sprinkling water on it. I also added little amount of another ingredient like amchur powder, chat masala, red chili powder and black pepper powder. They give some sour and spicy taste.
