Farali Paneer Kheer is one of delicious and easiest fasting sweet or deserts. Normally I made farali kheer using Moraiyo but I tried new variant using panner. You can serve as hot deserts or chilled. You can add other ingredients like dry fruits etc.
Flavor of cardamom powder with milk and panner gives awesome tastes. Serve hot or chilled with farali sukhi bhaji, rajgara puri.
Farali Paneer Kheer
Ingredients
- ½ liter milk
- 2 cup grated paneer
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts powder
- ½ tbsp almond (grated)
- ½ tbsp pistachios (grated)
Instructions
Mix paneer and milk in a deep pan.
Boil well for 8-10 minutes.
Add sugar and stir it dissolve.
Also add cashew nuts powder and cardamom powder in it.
And cook for 5-6 minutes.
Mix well and cool.
Set in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
Garnish with almond and pistachios.
Kheer is ready to serve.
