Kurkuri Bhindi (Crispy Okra Or Fry Bhindi)

August 29, 2015 by Darshita Lakkad 1 Comment

Hello, friend… how are you all? Hope all will be fine.  I return from very long time to create good tasty and healthy recipe. I had a no time, but many followers told me that you did not post any recipe for long time. My son is 1.5 months old so couldn’t get time.

Today I had visited the vegetable market and decide to purchase okra. Crispy okra is not to take much time. Fried Bhindi is easy to make and tasty recipe. I made crispy bhindi for lunch. You can make it lunch or dinner. I have used red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and chat masala. I have used besan as a slight thickness of bhindi. Crispy okra has some sour and salty taste. You can use sugar also. Hope you also like and enjoy….
