Lasan Kadhi
Lasan Kadhi is spicier variant of Gujarati Kadhi. It taste more delicious during winter.
Ingredients
- 500 ml Butter milk
- ½ tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp lasan chutney (garlic chutney)
- Pinch of asafetida
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp coriander leaves (fine chopped)
For seasoning
Instructions
Add chickpea flour in to the butter milk.
Blend it properly. Keep side.
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in it.
When it crackle add, asafetida, curry leaves, turmeric powder, garlic chutney, butter milk and salt in it.
Keep flame slow and cook for half an hour. In between stir properly.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes
You can serve with Khichdi, Vaghareli Khichdi, rotala and bhakhari.
