Home made Butter (Makhan) is easy to made, pure and more tasty than outside butter. Without any additives, preservatives, homemade white butter tastes yummy. Homemade white butter is not hard that much you think. You can made white butter without any coloring agents at home.
It mades with milk cream, milk and butter milk, with use of blender, mixer, you can made white makkan at home very easily.

Ingredients
- 5 cup milk cream
- 2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Butter milk
Instructions
Mix milk cream and milk in a bowl.
Slight warm it at slow flame.
Now mix 1 tbsp butter milk in it.
Keep it for 6-7 hour to make curd.
After this set curd in refrigerator for 3-4 hour.
Now add 1 cup cold water in this curd and blend very well.
Blend till butter milk is separated and butter is a lumps form.
Sieve butter milk from butter
And wash butter at list 4-5 times.
You can use it till 5-6 days.
