Mint-Coriander Chutney is perfect for using Samosa, Kachori, Cutlets and Biryani. It is one of main part of Gujarati Thali.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mint (Finely chopped)
- 1 cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
- 6 to 7 cloves finely chopped Garlic
- 1 tea spoon Groundnuts
- 3 tea spoon Sugar
- 3 tea spoon Lemon juice
- 4 to 5 green Chilies
- A small piece of Ginger
- ½ tea spoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind the all ingredients.
- Add some water and grind again.
- Now Mint Coriander chutney is ready to serve.
Notes
You can add more chilies to make it spicier.
You can store in air tight container upto 3-4 days in refrigerator.
