Rotli nu Shaak
Ingredients
- 6-7 Rotli (Left Over)
- 500 ml Butter milk
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Garlic chutney
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
Instructions
Make small pieces of leftover roti.
Now heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in it. When it is splutter, add onion and stir well.
When onion becomes light pink, add garlic chutney, turmeric powder, roti and salt.
Stir it well and add buttermilk according requirements.
When it is boiled, remove from flame.
Serve hot.
