Ingredients
  • 250 gm Chickpea flour (Besan)
  • 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil according to requirement
  • One and half cup water
Instructions
  1. First take chickpea flour in vessel.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder and water in the flour.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Place it to the frying spoon.
  5. Take pan and heat oil at medium flame.
  6. Press frying spoon to make sev.
  7. When sev become crispy, take out to dish.
  8. Sev is ready.
Notes

Store sev in air tight container.
