Suji ka Ladoo – Rava na Ladva is famous Ganesh Chaturthi festival recipes. Rava Ladoo is traditional maharashtrian recipe but here I made Gujarati variant of recipe. Suji laddo is healthy and easy to made delicious sweet. I often made rava na ladva during Ganesh Chaturthi and other festivals. Learn to made it with the easiest way.
Suji ka Ladoo – Rava na Ladva
Ingredients
- 250 gm Suji
- 1 tbsp Maida (optional)
- 150 gm Sugar powder
- 200 gm Desi Ghee
- 2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts
- ½ tbsp Raisins
- Milk according to requirement
- Ghee for frying
Instructions
Sieve suji in a bowl and mix maida in it.
Then add 50-60 gm ghee and mix.
Knead the dough using milk. Dough should be hard.
Now make small balls from the dough and then give mutiya shape.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry all in a slow flame.
When it cools, crush all in a mixture.

Mix sugar powder, cardamom powder, raisins and cashew nuts also.

Now heat about 150 gm ghee at slow flame in a pan.
Pour ghee on this mixture.

And stir well. Make ladoo from it.
Notes
You will add warm water instead of milk. You can fry muthiya in oil also.
