Sukhi Bhaji
Sukhi Bhaji (Seasoned Potatoes) is easy farali dish. It taste good with Puri also. Beginner also can make it easily. Learn how to make easy farali gujarati recipes.
Ingredients
- 250 gm Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Green chili paste

Instructions
Wash and cut in to two parts of potatoes.
Then cook for 3 whistle.
When it cools, peel potatoes and cut in to small pieces.
Now heat oil in pan at medium flame .Add curry leaves.
When it crackles add turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chili paste, potatoes, salt, sugar and lemon juice in it. Stir properly at slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
Last add black pepper powder in it and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
Sukibhaji is ready for serve.
