Vaghrelo Rotlo – (Rotla su Shaak) is the best left over Kathiyawadi recipe. It is the best spicy & tangy breakfast recipes. It serves with masala tea. You can use more garlic or garlic chutney also. This spicy & tangy Kathiyawadi breakfast tastes more delicious in winter.
Vaghrelo Rotlo - (Rotla su Shaak)
Ingredients
- 2 Rotlo (left over)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp Garlic chutney
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp tbsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ litter butter milk
For Seasoning
Instructions
Cut small pieces of rotlo.
Now heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Add mustard seeds in it. When it is splutter, add garlic chutney in it.
Now add turmeric powder, rotlo, red chili powder and salt.
Mix well.
Last add butter milk in it and Stir well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with spring onion or hot masala tea.
