Doodh Poha is Sarad Poonam festival sweet in Gujarat. Gujarati's cook and enjoy doodh poha in moon light and enjoy it with family and friends.

Ingredients

  1. 1 liter milk
  2. 150 gm sugar
  3. 150 gm poha
  4. 2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

Boil milk at slow flame.
Add sugar in it. Stir till sugar dissolve.
Cook it slow flame.
Wash poha and add in to cool milk.
After sometime keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Add cardamom powder and stir properly.
Doodh poha is ready for serve.
Enjoy doodh poha in moon light.
